Come out to Joe’s Movement Emporium tonight for the first of a weekly Hump Day Hoop Jam on Wednesdays from 7-8pm. Hoops and music provided or bring your own if you like! Hoop Jams are free-style hooping sessions to hoop your heart out and build community with other hoopers in the process. There is no formal instruction at a hoop jam, just self-practice and play, and possibly also sharing skills between willing hoopers who aren’t in the middle of their stream of flow. : ) Tonight we’ll also be joined by hoopers from the DCHC Flash Mob project who’re working on choreography for hooping flash mobs to take place in the next few weeks leading up to World Hoop Day!
