I love the part about hooping outside warming you up and amusing pedestrians. I hoop on my front porch in full view of the street and have had no problems keeping warm this Fall and Winter. Layers are the key for me. I also have received so many happy, encouraging and curious comments from folks.
Useful recommendations for finding space too!

Thanks for hollering! I loved it when I saw her start hooping while reading her book. A-Mazingly awesome. Yeah, the exercise ball-hoop combo sounds challenging, I’d like to try it. May very well be moving back to B’more soon, in which case, much more community hooping soon to come as we wrangle folks into the ring. I’m ready… OneLove~

i like the pic! couple weeks ago @ the Y some kids were hooping while sitting on exercise balls. i tried it on my next visit, not as easy as they made it look
