Come on over to the swimming pool at Patterson Park (in Baltimore, MD) this weekend for Fluid Movement’s final run of this summer’s glittery water ballet hit, ‘War and Fleas,’ where you can catch ME as a hoola hooping canine from the wrong side of the tracks. Rather loosely based on Tolstoy’s ‘War and Peace,’ it is a tale of love, war, Napoleon, and acrobatic animals, all set in and around the (dog park) pool. Yours truly, HoopingPowers, will be playing a Flying Basenji pup known as Hoop Doggy Dogg! Shows on Saturday and Sunday, at 5pm and 7pm. Arrive a half hour early to get prime seating.
