Check out the Charles Village Festival in beautiful Baltimore this weekend for a whole lotta fun including a 5K run, parade, artist vendors, and yes, hoola hooping! There’s likely to be some local hooper action on Saturday afternoon- roughly between 3 and 6 pm. The festival takes place at the Wyman Park Dell (which also happens to be the new hot spot for B’more hoopers) located at 29th and Charles Streets. It should be a gas!
