It is not too late to sign up for my fun-filled adult hooping class taking place at Glen Echo Park’s Hall of Mirrors over the next six Saturday mornings! The class is designed with beginners in mind, and covers basic waist hooping, isolated body hooping, traveling, hoopdance, tricks, and overall fluidity of movement. I will provide weighted & oversized hoops for in-class use, groovy tunes, and plenty of individualized instruction for everyone to become super-duper-hoola-hoopers.
