As fall is quickly descending upon us, my classes at Glen Echo Park are beginning in less than 3 weeks! This exciting & never before offered hooping class will cover: basic waist hooping, isolated body hooping, traveling, hoopdance, tricks, and overall fluidity of movement. Classes are for ages 6-8, 9-12, and adults (minimum age 13). Adults are encouraged to join~ as hooping is for everyone! All ages and body types can easily learn with the right weighted hoop. Hooping Powers’ high calibre hoops will be provided for in-class use. Here are the dates & details:

6-8 YEAR OLDS: Tues. Sept 12-Oct 17, 4-5 pm
9-12 YEAR OLDS: Fri. Sept 15-Oct 20, 4-5 pm
ADULTS (min. 13 years old): Sat. Sept 16-Oct 21, 9:15-10:15 am

All classes will be held at the Hall of Mirrors Studio. Classes are $72 for the six-week session, and the park itself charges a one-time $10 administrative fee upon registering.
