Some of you may have heard of the newest and oddest club to hit DC, the Palace of Wonders. It is a haven for the strange and sideshow curious, as it contains a large collection of incredibly bizarre (& often grody) relics previously on display at Baltimore’s American Dime Museum. My dear and talented friend Miss Joule recently performed her amazing ‘get-inside-a-huge-balloon-and-hoola-hoop’ act at the Palace, and it certainly was a sight to behold! While the picture’s not super clear, you can faintly see her body & hoop inside the balloon and get an idea of how spectacular it was to witness.
